Neuroscope aims to provide clear, high‑quality training content and a positive learning experience for all users. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for our digital programmes and CPD modules.
Digital Products & CPD Modules
All Neuroscope programmes, modules, and digital resources are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because access is granted immediately, we do not offer refunds for digital products unless required by law.
However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchased content, please contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate solution.
School Licences
School licences are non‑refundable once access has been activated for staff members. If a school believes a purchase was made in error, they must contact us within 7 days before the licence is used.
Accidental Purchases
If you believe you purchased a programme by mistake, please contact us immediately. Refunds for accidental purchases are considered on a case‑by‑case basis and must be requested before the programme has been accessed.
